PCMR is celebrating its 10th year anniversary and the 5th year of the Wakin Rally, and because of our milestones and the bad economy, we want to make sure everyone has a chance to attend a rally, so we've slashed prices for attendance and gotten rid of our vending fees for the Wakin rally for 2009!
